CPG-Franz Environmental Inc. (CPG Franz) is pleased to announce that it has joined forces with Wardrop Engineering Inc., effective April 1, 2008.

Operating under the banner of Wardrop Engineering Inc., the newly merged team will continue to strive for the highest standard of environmental service and will continue to provide cost-effective solutions to the challenges faced by its valued clients. CPG Franz is now part of Wardrop's organization which has more than 1000 employees who work collaboratively throughout its North American and overseas operations.

Franz Environmental Inc. is not part of the merger with Wardrop and will continue to provide specialized environmental services as an independent company.
